Nature Pool pricing
An AQUASCAPE nature pool from Bäckahästen costs about 20–30% more than a traditional pool but requires only a fraction of the maintenance.
The difference between a nature pool and a pond is extended filtration in the form of a Wetland Filter that maintains swimming-quality water all year round. This filter amounts to approx. 25% of the pool area, looks like a shallower pond, and is connected to the swimming area by a stream.
Aquascape Ecosystem™ Pool vs. Traditional pool — Investment: ~20–30% higher. Running cost: ~75% lower. Time: ~90% less.

What you're paying for
Our nature pools are natural works of art. It takes time and experience to build something that both looks and functions like nature.
Unlike an ordinary pool that requires constant testing, dosing and chemicals, we create the conditions for the ecosystem to take over the balance. This makes our nature pools easier to maintain over time instead of the opposite. The water is kept so nutrient-poor that algae bloom never takes hold.
All you need to do is remove surface debris and top up the auto-doser at regular intervals.
This results in far lower running costs and maintenance time.
